FREE DACA Renewal Applications at HANA Center
DACA RENEWAL
From September 7 until October 3rd, HANA Center will offer FREE DACA Renewal Applications at our Chicago (4300 N California Ave Chicago, IL) and Northwest Center (664 N Milwaukee Ave, Suite #213 Prospect Heights, IL).
If your work permit expires between September 5, 2017 and March 5, 2018, you must file your DACA renewal application before October 5, 2017.
Appointments can be made by emailing our DACA Renewal appointment email address at daca@hanacenter.org.
All DACA renewal requests must be accepted by October 5, 2017.
Please bring the following:
Copy of work permit
State ID or Driver’s License
Social Security Card
Passport from the first entry to the U.S. or the date and location of the first entry to the U.S.
Two U.S. passport style photos
Money order of $495* to U.S. Department of Homeland Security
