MooGoong Terrace was built in 1983 by Korean American Community Services and is currently managed by the HANA Center since the merger. It is located at 4848 N. Kedzie Ave. in Chicago, Illinois. It is a Section 8 apartment which provides subsidized housing for low-income senior citizens and/or persons with disabilities. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet income level requirements to be eligible. The building has 74 independent one-bedroom units. Moo Goong Terrace adheres to the Federal Fair Housing Act and does not discriminate against any applicant based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or source of income.

koram senior housing

Koram Senior Housing Corporation is a not-for-profit whose purpose is to provide subsidized housing (Section 8) for seniors and/or persons with disabilities. Koram was built in March of 1987, and is managed by HANA Center, which also sponsored and developed this safe and pleasant apartment building for tenants seeking independent living arrangements. Koram Senior Housing is located one block east of Pulaski and one block north of Montrose at 4444 N. Harding Ave. in Albany Park in Chicago, Illinois. The building has 58 units, consisting of 44 one-bedroom and 14 studio units, including 7 wheelchair accessible units. Koram Senior Housing does not discriminate in its selection of prospective applicants and is bound by HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) rules and guidelines. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet low income level requirements. We adhere to the Federal Fair Housing Act and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or source of income.
