HANA Center's 40th Annual Health Fair

HANA Center's Health Fair connects the community with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide health screenings and preventive care at low cost, regardless of insurance coverage or immigration status. Health Fair will offer a number of services including mammogram, EKG, urinalysis, pap smear, and many others. 

Appointments are required. Please call HANA Center at 773-583-5501 to make an appointment. Parking is available for $4 at the hospital.
