Court-Based Rental Assistance Application Help
The Illinois Court-Based Rental Assistance Program (CBRAP) provides financial assistance to Illinois tenants and landlords who have pending eviction cases in court. This program is exclusively available to those involved in eviction proceedings.
If you need help with your application or have any questions, please donโt hesitate to reach out to the HANA Center for assistance! Please note: Application review is administered by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA). HANAโs housing counselors can help tenants and housing providers submit CBRAP applications. However, HANA Center does not make decisions on the applications and questions about applications should be directed to IHDA.
Please call our main office at 773-583-5501 or email housing@hanacenter.org for CBRAP information and application assistance.
