HANA Community Navigators, Civic Leaders Fellows, and volunteers at the August 2026 Membership Meeting

On Saturday, August 22, 14 HANA Community Members committed to growing the “A Livable Life” campaign by canvassing our neighbors in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.

We started with a canvassing workshop, then door knocked our neighbors to ask them about the impacts of rising costs and hostile immigration policies using the ALL survey! Thanks to our Community Navigators, Civic Leaders Fellows, and our volunteer base, we were able to reach almost 100 doors across Prospect Heights, Wheeling, Glenview, and Northbrook.  

HANA will host many more door knocking and phone banking opportunities as we approach the Midterm election on November 3, so stay posted!
