코람 아파트 매니저 사무실(4444 N. Harding Ave., Chicago, IL 60625 )

입주자격 요건:

  1. 신청자 또는 배우자 중 한 사람이 최소 62세 이상 또는 18세 이상 장애인
  2. 시민권자 또는 영주권자
  3. 가족 모두 소셜시큐리티 번호를 가지고 있어야 한다
  4. 가족의 연간 총소득이 1인 27,650불 이하,  2인인 경우 31,600 불 이하

**입주자 대기 신청서는 직접 오셔서 받아가시고,  접수도 코람아파트를 정해진 시간에 방문하셔서 직접 제출하셔야 합니다. (우편  또는 팩스 접수 무효)

코람아파트 안내: 방 1개, 또는 스튜디오, 엘리베이터 시설, 거실, 새로 꾸민 부엌, 전기 스토브, 냉장고, 공동 세탁실, 카펫 바닥,  상주 서비스 코디네이터, 다양한 여가 활동과 프로그램, 파킹 랏 등 제공, 집세에 난방비 포함

Announcement: Koram Senior Housing's Waitlist Application is Opening. 

  • The application will be distributed between Thursday, October 26 through Wednesday, November 22nd between 9 am - 5 pm.
  • The application may be submitted between Monday, November 27 through Tuesday, November 28th between 9 am and 1 pm. 
  • The application can be picked up and dropped off at Koram Senior Housing (4444 N. Harding Ave Chicago, IL 60625)

Applicants must pick up the application at Koram Senior Housing and submit the application in person. Mail-in or faxed applications will not be accepted.

Koram Senior Housing Offers: 1 bedroom units, elevator access, cable television available, on-site laundry, recently updated kitchens, on-site senior service coordinator, community room, planned activities, heating included.

Section 8 Program Eligibility Requirements

  1. Applicant or applicant's spouse must be at least 62 years of age or with disabilities
  2. Meet citizenship/eligible immigration criteria
  3. Provide documentation of Social Security Number 
  4. Annual gross income of the household must be less than or equal to the income limits of ($27,650 for 1 person, $31,600 of 2 people)

Rental assistance supplied by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Income Limits apply.
