Updates from IHDA as of Dec. 4, 2020 - Urgent Message for Emergency Rental Assistance applicants

All Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) applicants will be notified, regardless of outcome, no later than November 20, and all Emergency Mortgage Assistance (EMA) applicants will be notified of the status of their application no later than December 30.

If you are an ERA applicant who has not gotten a call from an IHDA representative, or received an email with Docusign, please email communications@ihda.org .  Please include your name, address, and phone number in your email.

Please note the following communication was emailed today from DocuSign to ERA applicants whose envelopes expired prior to the deadline. Due to this glitch, IDHA has resent the DocuSign form to 2,900 applicants to finish their application no later than 11:59 pm on 12/4/2020, to ensure everyone has the opportunity to complete their application:

Attention: Due to the inadvertent early expiration of applicants’ ability to submit additional information, IDHA is providing applicants with additional time to respond. If your application is still currently considered “in review,” and you have until 11:59 pm, Friday, December 4, 2020 to complete the steps described in the DocuSign form.
